Superb Wheel
Seems great so far had no problem setting it up in all my racing games - works well with F1 25, Automobilista 2, Assetto Corsa Competizione. Unlike the previous Logitech wheel I just bought which I retuned because it was atrocious trying to set it up and it dodnt work in half my games properly. Never getting a Logitech wheel again.

Great wheel for taking things more seriously with your driving
Really good set, a big step above a Logitech G27/G29 - and easily comparable to, if not better than, an old Fanatec combo from 7 or 8 years ago. The wheel is comfortable, the button layout is logical and easy to reach (good for VR) and the shifter paddles are solid, and have a nice click. The Force Feedback is smooth, and strong on high settings, plenty for everyone. The foot pedals are nice, if a little basic, but with a good action, and nice resistance. I had a G27, until inherited a Fanatec set for PC, but haven’t used it in a while. I bought it this for my PS4, to race with friends online, and was surprised how good it was - so I ran the old Fanatec again to compare and it’s very similar, if not slightly less smooth, and I know it cost over £800 when new. The T300 pedals don’t quite beat the old set, but again, they would’ve been several hundred pounds on top of the wheel. When the T300 can connect to PS4 and PC so easily, and switching with ease, for this price it’s a no brainer. For anyone upgrading from a beginner set-up, or considering spending more on a different belt-driven system, this should be near the top of your list. Unless you’re wanting hyperrealistic direct-drive feedback for a motion-sim VR rig, I would argue this is best value for money.

The gold standard mid-range racing wheel.
I have been racing on the PS4 with the Logitech G29 for several months now but it just felt like it was missing something. After reading lots of reviews and looking at several videos I decided to take the plunge and get the T300RS GT. It seems to have slightly shorter USB cables than the G29 but everything else feels far superior. Firstly, you can interchange the wheel for different models just by unlocking a collar. The wheel itself feels heavy and sturdy and the buttons have a very solid feel to them, especially the paddle shifters, although the T300 has a rubber coating and the G29 has a slightly nicer feeling soft-faux-perforated leather in the hand. The base is very solid on the T300 and can be secured with a slightly awkward screw bar or, as i have done, hard-mount it to my playseat using two bolts - not supplied (but the G29 comes with 4 when it only needs 2, which was handy). After playing with the T300 for a short while it quickly became apparent that the wheel had a much heavier feel to the driving and the belt-driven force feedback is much stiffer, without the clunkiness of the gear-driven G29. Although the GT pedals in the T300 look terrible at first sight compared with the G29's, they are actually much more accurate and are more adjustable for your preferred feel, plus they have a rubber conical insert which helps with the stiffness of the brake - while this sounds ridiculous it really makes quite a difference and my braking was more progressive with fewer lock-ups and less need to keep messing with the brake balance. Overall, although slightly more expensive, the T300RS GT is the superior product and you really notice a difference in your lap times when you play. The G29 is still an excellent wheel though and will suit most hobby racers to a T, but for me the T300 RS GT is a much better wheel set.

Don’t be tempted by direct drive just yet this is good enough for most
Great feedback gives you everything that you need in your sim racing experience do you need a really expensive wheel?I’ve had mine for over two years and it’s not missed a beat ,plenty of button assignments reasonably quiet responsive good weight and feel through the wheel and I have no complaints about the pedals

If you are going to buy your first wheel ,, you will not be disappointed with this
Fantastic wheel for casual/beginner sim racers. Iv had 2 Logitec G29 wheels which are ok but have a horrible "dead zone" on them. This wheel is belt driven so does not have that problem and is super smooth. The force feedback is great and the pedals decent as well...

Incredible
having bought a house on my own, I needed something to do to keep me entertained as i sure as hell can't afford to go out to the pub every night anymore and this Steering wheel and pedals fits the bill perfectly (although you obviously need other things like a pc/console and compatible games to use it). It does take a little to set up but you do get decent instructions the only issue i have is the Screw head rounded off so the steering wheel lock does come loose (until i can get a replacement screw). So much fun to use in Gran turismo on the PS5 and if you pair that with a VR headset all i can say is WOW!. incredible. This unit isn't too noisy, having used cheaper set ups this was a concern but it's fine. it does easily connect with no issues as it uses cables.

Too much for a beginner
Using on my XRocker XR steering rig btw. Now, I will not return this tho, because it is indeed a high quality material with a short circumference that has slim leather cover on the wheel. Out of the box it was a little tricky to set up because of the little screw right behind the wheel that is there for tightening the roller screw to fasten the wheel onto the drive engine. Wheel could be abit larger but I am happy with it since you can remove it and replace with a newer one. However, this wheel is too much for a beginner and too expensive for a beginner as well. It does 3 full-rotations each direction which is too much for anyone that doesnt drive a real life car. Transitioning from a regular controller to this will take practice and patience because this is a good experience but it isn't that chilling unless you turn force feedback off entirely for your new experience. I have played GT7, DriveClub, GRID Legends, GTA 5 with controller so far and I am used to that. So, the experience is indeed overwhelming at first try with the wheel. I played Gran Turismo 7 on PS4 and City Car Driving and GRID legends on PC with this wheel. It is a difficult experience on PC to play on older games like the city driver one because PC calibration can be quite difficult especially since some games have way too many inputs that cannot even fit the wheel. So, you might need to manually add the buttons yourself to the game butbthat might not be enough. However, the wheel support is full on GT7, Grid Legends on pc has no force feedback but it does work fully in terms of button input range pick-up. It does however also feel expensive because it feels incomplete without a handbrake and a shifter for £350+ price tag. I am sure that thrustmaster will not disappoint in-terms of longevity of the product. However, if your budget is shorter, pls go for this but used from CeX or just go for a cheaper wheel from this company as you might not be able to use its full potential for a while. The feedback is indeed very good for a beginner experience. Keeping it at 50% torque is more than enough. However, if you wanna drift then I recommend keeping Force feedback off else you might go off track uncontrollably. Also, your wheel might have an issue switching from PS to PC mode when you slide the switch. This is because you need to power off and power on the wheel again or MAYBE use the 2.1 USB port instead of 3.0. Would have been better tho if the wheel just increases torque resistance at a certain degree to reduce the need of full turns for games to invite a more effective beginner experience. It is a good product tho, goes well with XRocker XR rig from Argos and I will soon buy the shifter and the handbrake too. You might not need shifter as much as the brake. Pressing the buttons on the wheel for handbrake is not really an effective experience. The cable also has a pipeline for ease of routing to the exit. The brake pedal also has a resistance... material in for of a steel which you can attach to it in order to add more resistance to it (which I dont use yet but might be useful for GT7 braking). The pedal foot contact casing can also be readjusted up or down. I am happy, I just hope it lasts a few years. Enjoy your wheel if you got it! It will certainly last and you definitely wont need anything more expensive than this at all.

Good but won’t last long
This wheel was great when it’s new, however it doesn’t last upon a year, the shifters started playing up. It doesn’t shift properly. The return to Thrustmaster for repair was a painful ordeal. And when finally they send back the repair, the other side of the shifter started the same issue as the first time. Some how I wonder if they just swap over instead of replacing the problem side. Anyway, for so much money and it only really lasted 11 months. I wouldn’t recommend this wheel.
