Basically 2 of the terminals will be for 240v mains supply This. could be a cable from a 13amp socket and it’s unlikely that the earth (green and yellow) will be used. Be careful to connect the mains supply to the correct terminals on the transformer inside the Byron casing. THIS IS VITAL. The other 8 volt terminals should be connected to your door push button. If you’re not confident in wiring correctly from the instructions, best seek advice from an electrician. Bear in mind that your Byron doorbell requires to be sited where. You have access to a mains supply. If you’re only using this as a simple doorbell, it’s much easier to instal the battery version of this Byron bell without the need for a mains supply.
