Body Sculpture Massage Figure Twister

Good and sturdy, fun to start with and motivate people like me who has no intention or what so ever interested in any exercise of any kind(till my butt gets bigger and bigger). Easy to get on and off and don't have to carry the heavy heart of mine which always takes exercising is a chore! Handy to place at anywhere at home without effort. Agreed with other reviewers that its good to do it while watching tv shows without thinking that you are exercising. I don't expect it would help me to lose weight, but it sure start my first step of getting in motion. If you are really into it for about 20-30 and +, you will be sweating! I find it exercising my upper arms and waist more than anywhere else, or have I done it wrong?! Also I have to get used to the texture on the surface or I simply have to put on shoes while using it. No harm to get a handy gizmo to get you moving a bit more. Great tool all in all.

I have searched the internet first to understand which models there are out there and what people say and recommend. I had doubts that the disc would last long as it's made of plastic. All available discs are made of hard plastic but I was still doubtful. Also I noted when I was researching twisters that most people were not happy about the size of the disc. It was my concern too. Most of the discs on the internet are around 25cm. But the one from Body Sculpture is 29cm. So that was a plus when I decided to go for this one. Overall very happy with the disc - it works well, moves easily from side to side and it feels sturdy (I even use it on the carpet and don't feel wobbly). I give it 5 stars. If it was up to me though I would develop an alternative model without the massage points. I don't quite understand their value - they just hurt my soles. Massaging aside, it is still a good disc and good value for money. The description on Amazon says the colour is Pink - the disc is actually Black as on the picture. I was happy with black. But in case you are looking a pink disc, it is not.

Really easy to use, and fun too! Not too sure about the massage bit as it actually hurts my feet when I use it for too long but I would recommend, its not noisy and you can use it anywhere!

After searching around for a while for one of these I took a gamble on this based on the fact it looked better made than the other ones on Amazon. I was not disappointed. My feet are a UK size 8 and they fit perfectly on the board. It is quiet and smooth. If you’re wondering which to get, this one is definitely one to consider.

Easy to use and takes up very little room. I am not allowed to stretch my neck or do heavy lifting so a lot of my old exercises are out the window now! This is really good and you can feel it working. Great to use while watching TV to pass the time away. I have had cheaper ones of these in the past and they don't last. This feels much sturdier and so far is still working great! Great price!

I bought this one to replace a previous one from Argos that broke after the 2nd use (and Im well under the weight limit!) I know that another reviewer here said the same of buying this to replace an Argos one, which just comes to show that this is the one people should go for. I use it 10-20 min every morning monday-friday and Ive already noticed a difference after just a week and a half of use. It's not a radical "ive lost 2 stone" kind of difference, but my balance has gotten way better and I had to tigthen my belt one hole more than usual today and that if any is a good sign! Now I want to clarify that if you're heavily over weight, using only this wont help too much, you'll need a bit more variation than that. I used to be 15.5 stone and Im now down to 12, my goal being 11.5 stone. As I only have a little bit left to go and mainly want to strengthen my core and get rid of that last loose belly fat, this product is perfect for me. I also cycle to work which help! The board itsef is sturdy (seriously, it looks like it would be unharmed after being driven over by a tank!) and perfectly sized for me (I have size 7 feet). All in all a perfect buy that I would recommend for anyone wanting to work on their core

This is a good piece of equipment however the instructions suggest bending your knees . A few times of doing this I had tender knees and will now only use by keeping my legs straight and will not bend in future

The figure twister is of sturdy construction comprising of an upper black non slip surface for your feet to grip on to. The lower surface is grey with ridges on it that make it suitable for use on a carpet. The top and bottom are held together with a bolt on the underside, with steel balls incorporated between the two surfaces thus helping to provide a smooth twisting action. There was an A4 piece of paper provided , giving diagrams on how to use the Massage figure twister and relevant safety information. This says it is for ADULT USE ONLY AND A MAXIMUM WEIGHT CAPACITY OF 100KG OR 220 LBS! NB : I have size 5 feet and it is only just big enough at 29cm in diameter. Threfore It is not suitable for people with feet larger than a size 5!!! A reasonably priced piece of equipment that I hope will help to keep me fit and is cheaper than a subscription for a Gym.

Llevo 2 días usándola y estoy contenta. Cumple su función. Me gusta porqué apoyas bien las plantas de los pies en la plataforma, tamaño adecuado. Además tiene unos bultitos situados estrategicamente para presionar la planta de los pies.Se supone que imitan la presopunctura. Peso 61,5 kg y me aguanta perfectamente, para más peso mejor consultar. El disco parece aguantar De momento, eso es todo. Más adelante volvere para contar los resultados Hasta entonces lo recomiendo 👍
