Wanting to buy as first birthday gift but worried about it tipping over when baby pulls up on it.** A: It does tip over quite easily if a baby pulls up on it. By one-year-old, the baby should be standing or walking on his/her own, or at the very least, be pulling up a little gentler. Our daughter had issues with this tipping over when she was between 6-10 months. I had to always sit next to her and hold it steady. You could also wedge it in a corner as the other user said. Even now at 15-months old, I prefer it to be against the wall and not in the middle of the room, as she occasionally still tips it over. **Q: Yes s this suitable for a 2.5 year old?** A: Absolutely! Even my 18 month old can use it. I'm not sure at what age children would lose interest in this toy, though.
