Are these fake or real? Do they come with sleeve? Do they have return guarentee if not satisfactory?

I've compared it to a real copy I own and the image looks like a real copy of the card, but it hard to say for sure without knowing the surface texture of the card. Pokemon prints there card with very specific textures on there rare cards. If you can feel ripples, waves, or bumbs on the card then it is a good sign. If the card is smooth then it is either a fake or a holofoil print.
