We only sell MN regions. **Q: Is it possible to adjust for declination?** A: These a counterfeit SILVA products, the bezel holding the compass is not filled with Oil, not even water, so the needle is erratic and I don’t trust it. Amazon offered a replacement but why replace a fake product with another fake product. Just avoid and buy from somewhere more reliable. **Q: does this item come with the lanyard?** A: Yes mind did.
