A: No, it does not come with a cup, dice and counters.  It is a nice board though, my granddaughter loves playing it, she likes to use little plastic animals instead of counters anyway.

My four year old son loves it. The board is sturdy, well made and durable. The squares are the right size; the number of snakes and ladders is just right. The snakes and ladders pattern is traditional with no distracting theme or pictures to distract. The only possible negative is that there is no box to keep the board, dice etc.

Very good snakes and ladders on a wooden board rather than the usual cardboard ones.  Should be long lasting and sturdy.  The dots on one of the dice is not very clear, but just use the other one.  Came quickly and was well packed.
