yes perfect for locking up 2 bikes together very stretchy and bends great I use it for one bike and get it through the back wheel and through the frame :) hope it helps

When You Split the Lock There is A Half Ring Which you should Pull Down. Then Set Your Numbers By rotating Each of Five Spools to your CodeWhen this is done return Half ring back to original Position and use the Lock

i dont know, but this is a decent lock for use as a run around, I use it on my carrera hybrid for nipping around. I wouldnt use it with my road bike, but as a cheap colouful lock its ok and shows the bike is locked
