Q: Where is this product made?

It’s not made in NY, I think China. I just ordered on prime’s website and was informed by credit card company a foreign transaction from Singapore. I think they have a US address to trick people into thinking it’s made in NY

Q: How do you remove this mascara? Will it come off with baby soap and water?

I have removed mine with baby soap and water. I did have to rub a little more than normal but it did come off.
