Q: The knot has come off the rod. Not even opened the packet. Do I get a free replacement?

Go to your orders and scroll down to the earrings, on the right are some boxes and one will say return items, it then gives you a date to return them by. You will also have to say reason for return is that they are faulty and ask for a replacement. I hope this answers your question.
