Update: I have been working on my CBR1100xx lately and all fasteners, nuts, bolts that were previously treated with this have been very easy to remove, no hint of seizure or corrosion, everybody who does any sort of work on a car or bike should use this, it saves pulling your hair out with stripped threads, rounded heads etc. Also aids reassembly as the lubricating effect helps, very good stuff! Can you confirm that it is electrically conductive ?** A: I just tested it on a low sensitivity meter and it is not what I would call conductive, i.e. not even a megohm across 1mm. Whether it would break down at 500 or 1000v I didn't check. If you thought it was some kind of liquid copper, well, it isn't, just as well really as if you put such a thing on electrical connectors, you would be tempting all sorts of leakage and flash-overs. There used to be a product called conductive paint, I think it might have had silver in it. We used to use it (some years ago) to refurbish remote control contact pads, though with limited success. Peter. P.S. I just Googled 'Conductive Paint', and it is still available. You didn't say what you wanted it for, but I think it would be good only in the milliamp range.
