Q: Hiya! would this work with the bmpcc4k smallrig cage? thanks!

Hi Simon, as long as the BM4K cage has 2 screw holes on the bottom it would be fine. I have 2 holes on the bottom of my FS7 so it holds perfectly. If there is only one screw on the cage, it might twist when being used in the field. I had the same problem with my cage on the BM production camera. It only had one screw to hold it in place and it would quite frequently untwist when i was filming with it. Hope that helps? Cheers. Nick

Hi, not an easy solution! But Small Rig Canon 1Dx cage CCC2365, Small Rig part 2166, Small Rig part 998.. this should give you a basic Rig, but you might want to look a Tilta or Wooden Camera, for a more integrated option, with a good matte box, annoyingly something Small Rig just don’t do.
