Hip Band Circle - The GO TO Glute Activation Band! The Hip Band Circle is used to activate muscles around the hips and glutes in order to improve technique and get you stronger, faster. Ever heard of Post Activation Potentiation?It's where you do an exercise to get your muscles firing immediately before you perform another exercise! Ben Johnson was reported to have used PAP before running a world record 9.76 seconds in 100m!  The band adds resistance to strengthen hip abductors and external rotators, keeping the knees pushed out during squats and deadlifts. You can also use the band to warm-up before starting your workouts. Slip the band over both legs and take long strides to warm-up your legs. Alternatively sidestep left then back right (keeping tension in the band at all times) to get your glutes really fired up! Specification  14" when laid flat (i.e. 28" cirumference) 3" wide Made from elasticated cotton - built to last! Perfect way to get your muscles primed ready for a workout
