I bought this for my husband, and he loves it. The elastic bands make it adustable and double layer of straps that fits my husband very well, it has strong structure in the back to provide firm support, my husband wears it daily especially when he lifts heavy stuff, he said this back brace helps reduce his lower back pain and relax his waist comfortably. It would be very helpful for any one who has a stressful back muscle.

So, I goofed up my back. This thing helped a lot. Best advice I was given, I was told that if my back hurts the most in the morning when you wake up, Only wear it to sleep. Wear it over your shirt cause I have been getting a rash around my belly button. That may be an only me sorta thing, so take that with a grain of salt. Don't wear it all the time or the muscles in your back will get weaker and your problems only get worse. That or when you do physical labor and as short as you can help it. Trust me. But yeah, Buy this. Love this back brace.

Post fusion surgery I ordered almost every style brand. I’m 5”8 taller women average frame (150-160lbs) size medium. Longer in back gives better lumbar support for female frame. Not the most flattering- but by far not the worst when it comes to shape. Velcro works well(I have pets!) and is overall sturdy without the bulk of the durable medical versions. This was my 4th open spine surgery so I’ve used soooo many braces. I really love this one. I will try more of their models, which are moderately priced- this one is the best so far!

I have been disabled for about 40+ years. I have ruptured discs and arthritis all thru my body. My back is horrible. I have been thru all medical suggestions and treatments available. I finally decided to get a back brace. I am glad I found this one. I have very weak muscles throughout my back. This seems to hug me nice and give me a bit more support without digging in. I wear it to sleep at night when I need to. The metal stabilizers don't dig in either. The only problem I have is they have a slit in the bottom where you can take these out if you don't want them. They seem to slide out and I have to make sure they are pushed up all the time. I think they shou8ld have put the slit in the top so they wouldn't come out so easy. All in all, I may buy an extra so I can wash this one and have a clean on to wear.

Purchased size medium—5’3”” 95 lb short torso width due to Injury compression fracture so spine not straight like the model. Brace gives firm but comfortable support to hip and back so I am very satisfied. It holds me in place. I seem to be more steady on the feet when walking. I like that the brace covers the area of the lower back and way up to the L1&L2 area for my frame. This brace helps me fight gravity and allows me to stand up better.

I like the belt and it is working for me. But it comes in different sizes. There is no indication how best to pick the correct size. How about adding Large 34 t o36 waist or some indication. Had to order two sizes to figure out which one fit best.
