They healed cracks, mini blisters and soreness within a couple of days and I was able to stop using nipple shields really soon afterwards. They saved my nipples *by V***R on 22 February 2022* We're 4 months into breastfeeding and these have saved my nipples so many times. It took us a good 2 - 3 months to get the hang of BF and have a consistent, comfortable latch, especially during night feeds. I was waking up in agony and spending the next few days with sore nipples as they healed after a bad night unable to latch well. I really wish I didn't hesitate to buy these, honestly. Hand express some milk and put them over your nipples and it's like instant pain relief! Not only that but once you take them off they don't hurt anymore and you're pain free pretty much forever unless you have a poor latch again.
