Very strong and long reach - unfortunately for me - Too Long! So will return it.

All is ok on general i am very satisfied i only think the gismo that let u have the screen in the vertical90° are a bit too simple but it work okNow lets see how long it will last.The reason i got this was exactly because i can have the tv on the side and read on it with big letters and portrait images.

Does what it needs to do

Fitting the WHYFONE Long Reach TV Wall Bracket, was very easy. The quality and finish of the product is first class. Coming from a engineering background I found the instructions straightforward, however to the laymen they maybe a bit vague, but should still be attempted by D.I.Y enthusiasts. My instalation is hung on a brick, chimney breast, and hanging the bracket is a two person task. However drilling the holes and fitting the bracket to the TV can be done singlehandedly.

Super Strong Versatile Wall Mount which can extend upto almost 4 feet into the room. Very well built and designed to fold up on its self. I will be mounting this onto a brick wall but recommend careful concideration on anything less due to the TV weight and the wall mount together.I follow a lot of woodworking channels and this will allow me to move TV closer to my working area and then quickly out off the way when needed, Just like a dentist spot light. The mount bracket which holds the tv itself can be rotated from the horizontal postion to a vertical one which would help gammers who are using more than one monitor at anyone time.My recommendations if wanting to mount onto Dry Wall would be to mount 3 quarter inch plywood first over 2 studs, screwing into the walls studs, then mounting this tv bracket onto a more stable, stronger surface, which would be the 3 quarter inch plywood.

In the box you get everything you need, what I like as well you get a small spirit level and even a HDMI lead and template. 75mm to 400mm tv hole patterns catered for . M4, M6, M8 screws various lengths provided.This is seriously a Strong Multi options Wall Mount even though it can extend out nearly four feet it still looks flush when it’s folded back. Tilt options and able to rotate are also a great addition.Instructions are well laid out and easy to follow, holds a tv up to 45kg, however the mount itself is a weight so consideration needs to taken into account, how you mount the mount definitely stud, brick or concrete walls and do recommend it’s a 2 person job initially.In summary this a quality mount, contains everything you need for a wide range of tv’s, long extending arm, rotating and tilt option means you can fit even in deep alcoves. I feel that it’s also future proof if you want to downsize your tv or upgrade to a bigger one, as it caters for all the standard ranges.However due to weight especially with arm extended, planning needs to be done for a sturdy wall to hold it.
