Absolutely the most beautiful hair iron. I had an old Remington hair iron for several years that still works perfectly, but just felt like an upgrade. This iron treats my hair so gently. It glides easily and even on a low heat setting irons it bone straight leaving it super shiny! I'm in love! Only thing is it doesn't curl the hair. The bottom bit isn't smooth. I've tried and tried unsuccessfully. But it's okay, it's amazing regardless!

bought these as a replacement for old ones, same model only this time they came from germany. first time of use they kept switching off, they must be faulty! so contacted Amazon, they said it would have to go back to the supplier and they could not make a refund, they contacted supplier for me and explained the problem. first rely from supplier was "these are not defective" which was good as I still had them, second email asked what the problem was with them, repeated what the problem was, next one was send them back which I have to pay for (they said I would get the cost reimbursed) this was over a week ago have not heard from them since. would not buy from this company again

A very good hair straightener. It offers different heat levels, so you can choose the temperature that suits your hair best. The only reason I gave it four stars is that it comes with an EU plug rather than a UK plug

My wife says these straighteners are really easy to use and do a good job. They are light, comfortable to hold and don't make your hair look as if its been 'ironed'. She has previously bought much more expensive straighteners but says she will stick to these in future. Even if they don't last as long as the more expensive one's did they are still a good buy.

The product is good however, I do not know how Amazon in all conscience can sell these as they don't have a UK plug fitted. YES, you can buy an adaptpr plug, but this should be mentioned in the description. I only kept them because I was desperate. I ordered a mini Babyliss pair to go with it and this had one fitted and so much cheaper - up your game Amazon UK - don't sell things that cannot be used without an adaptation! I won't be buying any more electrical products from Amazon.
