The flavor alone is delicious, but I blend it with warm oat milk, cacao, and honey as an evening treat and add coffee to it in the morning. The best collagen+ supplement I’ve tried and have added it to my subscriptions

Tastes good , nice consistency. Tried in warm milk to make cocoa flavor - dissolved well but could barely taste . I am not sure I took it long enough to notice the benefits- it was out of stock when I tried to reorder- but I definitely would recommend- the ingredients are great to help the body build collagen and I will re-order when it is available and try it for a couple of months.

Good for skin and joints this is a delicious supplement that can just be squeezed into your mouth. No need to add anything unless you think the taste is too sweet

Noticed a bit of a different after using product for two months straight. The taste is very distinct and was not to my liking sadly but would still recommend.

I’ve bought this product at least 3-4 times and absolutely love the benefits. It works for what is definitely intended for, taste isn’t bad. I enjoy the flavor. But in all honesty if it’s good for you is it really gonna be super super delicious. lol My only wish would be it come in a bigger package than the two weeks single serving, maybe it does and I can’t find it. But if there was 30 single servings that would seem more suitable for ordering. My nails, hair and body crave this product though so definitely will keep ordering.

I purchased the Mary Ruth Vegan Collagen Liposomal Individual Supplement with high hopes due to its vegan nature and reputed health benefits. However, I was disappointed by the taste, which was overwhelmingly sweet and made me nauseous every time I tried to take it. I attempted to dilute it in hot water, but that was the only way I could manage it, and even then, it was a struggle. Despite reading many positive reviews, I had to discontinue use because the taste was just too unpalatable for me. While I cannot personally vouch for its efficacy due to the taste issue, I encourage those who can tolerate it to give it a try, as Mary Ruth offers great products. My low rating is solely based on the taste factor and my inability to gauge its effectiveness.
