The balls great. I’m 15st and 28weeks pregnant and it’s very sturdy, the only thing I would say is I wish I sized up. I’m only 5’5” and its a little low (size L)

Bought this very early on in pregnancy due to sciatic/pelvic pain and it’s been a god send. Now 31 weeks and I have used it every day since purchasing. I even deflated it and took it on holiday with me! It’s really great quality, was an amazing price and I wouldn’t be without it. I’m 5ft 4, weigh 17st and got the 65cm one and it’s perfect.

It does the job, however:Pin does not stay flush with the ball.Pin removal "fork" is of worse quality than other similar products.Ball came with excess rubber peeling off (does not seem to affect product functionality).Probably better options available at this price range.

Le ballon est solide et le demeure à l'usage après gonflage. Le gonflage est certes laborieux et sollicite les muscles, mais comme c'est une fois qu'il faut le faire, on n'a pas trop à s'en faire.Le service à la clientèle est d'une qualité exceptionnelle. Si vous n'êtes pas satisfait sur un aspect, dites-le leur et ils agissent. Raison pour laquelle je donne 5/5 malgré l'effort de gonflage ;-)

空気入れが入っていたので、空気を入れるのは大変でしたが届いてすぐに使えました。トレーニングのガイドも入っているのでとても便利です。在宅ワークの椅子がわりにも使えますが膨らみが弱いと高さが出ません。結構膨らませると高さが出ますが固くなるので同じ姿勢でずっと座っているとお尻が痛くなるので注意です。

Commandé pour ma septuagénaire de mère qui n'a pas compris comment gonfler ce ballon de gym-pilates car la notice est en anglais. En fait, c'est assez intuitif, et cela ne pose guère de problème. On peut même le dégonfler sans problème ou augmenter la pression facilement grâce à une sorte de petit décapsuleur en plastique fourni (accompagné d'un jeu d'embouts de fermeture et de la pompe bien sûr). Couleur rose agréable, toucher idéal. Semble super résistant. Feuillet A4 en anglais pour une première prise en main. Pour ma mère, c'est pour compléter ses séances de kiné pour une arthrose sévère : permet de retrouver une bonne posture en position assise, et masse en position debout (en mettant le ballon contre un mur ou une porte fermée, dos au ballon, fléchissez les jambes pour faire des massages en va et vient dans le dos). Je recommande sans problème.

La palla fitness è molto comoda per stare seduti alla scrivania davanti al pc o per leggere un libro, infatti ho messo da parte la sedia che non uso più. Anche per i vari esercizi fitness.La confezione comprende anche una pompa, che in pochi minuti riesce a gonfiare la palla abbastanza bene, l'ho sempre a portata di mano in caso di un eventuale sgonfiarsi della stessa, ha due tappi e un foglio degli esercizi scritti in inglese.La misura l'ho scelta in base alla mia altezza, su informazioni prese su internet e mi sono trovato bene.All'apertura il materiale della fitball dava un odore di plastica che in poche ore è svanito totalmente.Ho visto anche altri prodotti simili, in alcuni la pompa non è compresa e non dà una vasta scelta di colori e dimensioni come questo.Soddisfatto.
