How do you find the hole in the inner inflatable?

Easiest way is to fill a spray bottle with water and a splash of washing up liquid, and then spray on the hot tub whilst it's inflated. You'll see it bubble up wherever the leaks are.

Will this work on the outside material of the lazy spa Miami?

Yes this worked for me on the Miami. Nothing else did and this saved the day!

What should I use to clean the spa with first?

I just cleaned mine with soapy water and rinsed it down and completely dried it after. I didn’t over do it on the glue just enough for the patch. I put a weight on it for 24hours. It worked a treat. Really good stuff.

Does this work for a paddling pool?

Yes I would have thought so. It's just a strong glu like substance with patches. It really worked on our hot tub which in my opinion is very similar to a paddling pool.
