It came bubble wrapped, which might have helped during delivery, but it was placed in a brown envelope for documents and such. It was a good thing the product wasn't mishandled during the delivery or not much that it caused damaged to the plastic container.The product is as what it is in the picture. Red plastic tub container with same label print on the outside. The ointment inside was visibly new with no signs of usage since you can see the machine press finish upon opening it.You can tell the authenticity by the smell and consistency of the product. I brought this out of recommendation (This is our second tub), who was introduced to it by an Australian Doctor, apparently every Australian have a tub at home.My baby girls eczema was very bad, at the time I was struggling to help her. With so many scar and open wounds and sore skin, I needed something that's not harsh and have healing property which I can use it on top of the prescription medicines. Using prescription moisturiser and steroids was ok but it sting when I apply and it still wasn't able to control the suitation. I needed something natural to heal the open wound to give a chance for the medicine to work.PAPAW Works!!!Eczema is still an on going issue but it is more manageable. We were told it will eventually clear itself but until then I'll keep using Papaw. Unfortunately upon delivery, even when packed in a bubble wrap jiffy pack, the pot had a huge crack in the bottom.
