After lots and lots of failed promises I've finally found a product that works for me ! After reading about this herb in medical medium I also discovered that this product is multi tasking . I suffer from insomnia and this has improved this condition 100% , its rare for me to have a sleepless night , it reduces cortisol levels from not sleeping so no bloating the next morning and really helps to keep you calm and collected . Would highly recommend to anyone who has any of the above symptoms. Most days two tablets after food is all that I require , this product has genuinely changed my life !

I used these for a period of 3 months, two tablets a day. I certainly felt very calm while taking them, stressful situations were easier to manage, I slept better. I also noticed during the first two weeks that my libido spiked but this disappeared soon with continued use. I didn't experience any adverse side effects but you ARE supposed to cycle this supplement to retain it's benefits. I only discovered that later into my use. Now only I take a single tablet at the start of my work day for about 3-4 days during the week, it seems to work well for me.

This is the brand type of ashwaganda I have tried and I am very pleased with it. I use it to help calm the symptoms of the nervous system and too help balance my adrenal glands. It does this effectively as it is a natural aptogen, meaning it supports the adrenal glands if they are working too hard or not hard enough. I have found it also has a slight calming effect on my mood. I choose this brand because I was looking for a product that was organic and did not have and dairy, soy etc as fillers. I rate this product higher than previous ones I have tried as it seems to have the desired effect and it is a higher dosage for a similar price meaning it is more cost effective. This is my second purchase of this and I will happily continue to buy/revommend. The product arrived promptly in good packaing.
