A: 0% fat

**Q: Is there carbs in this gravy please**
A: Average quantity per serving = 5g.  Average quantity per 100g = 8g.
This is taken from the Chicken Gravy (vegan) 130g.  Total servings 21

**Q: Does this contain mushrooms? And is it actually vegan?**
A: It is gluten free and vegan. We found it not to our taste !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! did not buy any more

**Q: Does the natural ingredients contain onion or garlic please?**
A: I read somewhere it stating it is the only one not to contain both onion and garlic but unfortunately it does contain sea salt, which for me with my health is a bummer. Still preferable to any of the others though.
