I literally shat myself the first time the spider things jumped at me. I was standing and jumped back straight into a wall. Highly recommend playing this. I do get a bit of drift now and then but its very minimal. Graphics are great, story line is very good. The only thing I would say is I'm playing with some of the "VR anti-sickness" features on. I can move around but my character moves side to side rather than around. This does mean I don't suffer much sickness but it does take a bit of getting used to. Personally I'd prefer a system whereby I could turn my head, push forward and I'd start walking in that direction.
