Q: Since the waterlines are connected inside of the faucet housing, do they just snap-in, or do they need to be threaded tight with a tool?

I have this model, the hoses screw in the housing maybe 1 inch at the base of the faucet. So you can screw by hand and maybe use tool to put one turn to make sure it's snug.

Q: The pop up drain stopper keeps sinking down to the point the water cant flush down. is there a rubber i can place to keep it from going down ?

Do you have the correct size hole . The stopper is in 2 parts. The part that pops up is the rubber and silver part goes above hole, Long tube below. Look at the pictures on the website. I had trouble too. They should have better instructions. hope this helped
