First, I have to say that this seller was fantastic. I received the solar cover in 2 days, not ordered with Amazon Prime. We installed a heater this year, and we found that we were able to get the temp up to about 90 during the day, but at night it would drop into the upper 70's, defeating the purpose of heating it. So we decided to try adding the solar cover to help retain the heat overnight. This solar cover was perfect!!!! At the end of the day we toss the cover back on, and with the heater doing it's job we are now maintaining that temp of 90!!!!! (With the heater having to run less). No more having to wait for it to heat back up during the day. The cover is thick, easy to handle putting on and off, and does a great job of preventing heat loss. I have a 20' pool, ordered the 21' cover, easy to trim it to size (left it so about 2" of it still goes up the pool side). Love this cover, when it wears out will order another from this same seller.

Heats the water well but doesn't last like the covers I've had in the past. Half way through the second season it started to deteriorate and tear when trying to roll it up to remove it. Little pieces of clear plastic everywhere in the pool along with any dirt and bugs on top of the cover. Wouldn't recommend the clear one as it doesn't hold up well. My last solar cover lasted 6 seasons but I can't remember the name of it as we purchased it from a pool store that is no longer in business.

We packed our solar cover away for the winter (inside), and just pulled it out for the new season. The first time we took it OFF the pool to put chemicals in, we noticed that there was about an 8" tear near the center, and when we tried to pull it off, my finger made another hole in it. It is a very EFFECTIVE product, doing a great job on warming the water, and keeping in the warmth. But, it doesn't seem like it will last as long as I would have expected it to for the price we paid.

******BUYER BEWARE******If it could be a zero star it would be. I purchased this product June 9, 2024 for a 21' round pool, just over a year later its so brittle and just tearing apart. It was only in the pool for a total of roughly 6 months since we do take it in a heated garage for the winter months when the pool has a winter cover. I contacted there support to discuss the 6 year warranty that covers delamination and seam issues, but nothing for the cover other wise. While the woman I talked to was very nice and professional I asked if she could do anything and gave them an opportunity to make it right and she said there was nothing she could do. I'd stay far away from this product if you want more than a years use. Sad that companies do not stand behind there products.

Works great! Pool keeps nice and warm with it on.

6 yrs and it's coming apart, can't really complain. It fit great, heated the water pretty good. Time to order another one, wish it cost what it did 6 yrs ago .
