You really need to have had training to take a manual blood pressure.

Adequate but average quality

So I brought this to practice for my OSCE, However they stethoscope is very quiet, So hard to hear systolic heartbeat unless room is silent and you concentrate hard. They have no dial to twist for amplifying the volume and the pump seal is not the best.

I think this is a great set to start off if want to practice the arts of listening and timing of the heartbeat and BP. For this price I think its great to have at home, there could be some tweaks to it, however it'll definitely help you measure faster and efficiently since the arrow on the BP monitor doesn't just stop (like the high quality ones where you have more control over the speed and where exactly to stop it). From there, it'll gradually go down as soon as you stop pumping, so that's where you'll have to quickly adjust and use your stethoscope. In terms of accuracy, it is pretty accurate as my measurements matches my dad's digital BP monitor lol. Unlike other sets, you will have to put the stethoscope together.. but its no big deal.. it works! It just won't have the on/off setting like the other ones.

En relación calidad precio esta muy bien, cumple con su función, el material no es profesional pero esta bien, no se ve de juguete como otros.
