A: Yes, all rice is microwavable. It will however taste different.

**Q: Does it need refrigeration?**
A: No, as it's a sealed dry packet. However once you cook it but don't eat all of it then the remainder would have to be refrigerated.

**Q: I purchased the 8 pack a month ago for 9.99, what happened to the price??? a 7 dollar increase!!!!! crazy**
A: Instead of increasing the price,they decreased the quantity to 1, regardless of how many it says you get.

Great value, great flavor, easy to dress up or use plain, as a side or whole meal. We eat almost everyday usually this flavor or many others. Some say to add some milk with the water but in a pinch water and oil or butter are good. Only flavor we don't like is the 4 cheese noodle.
