Great addition to our existing Brio track, with lots of interesting sections to complement our existing layout.

I saw all the positive and negative reviews of this product and I had my eye on this as my lad loves his wooden train set. After looking around for at least 3 months this appeared to be the better deal and overall the most reviewed product. We have wooden tracks from different places and this set also fits well with the others. I now there are some reviews making reference to the finish of the product but I must say the pieces I have got, they are fine. My 4 year old loves it and the extra tracks allow him to make bigger tracks and gets those cogs going in using different pieces to finish the circuit. A very good product and well worth the purchase.

I hesitated buying this for a while due to several reviews stating poor quality. Eventually I took the gamble because this set seems to have the best selection of pieces for versatility of track layout. Even the closest-equivalent I could see from Brio still seemed to have a less useful variety of junction pieces whilst being more expensive. Maybe the quality control on these is poor, but speaking for the pack I received, the quality is very good - no rough edges or splinters or cracks. These fit well with our other Carousel (Tesco) and Bigjigs pieces. We received one curve piece where the male lug seems to be cut very slightly off angle, meaning that it is a tighter fit to connect and disconnect than any other piece, however this is slight - tight enough that my toddler might need two hands instead of one, but not so tight that I need to do it for him. The selection of junction pieces allows for much more varied and imaginative track layouts, which makes it more interesting for the adults as well as for children, and in my opinion helps with both creative and logical thinking, as well as the bonus of being able to incorporate more track into the same floor space as before! It's also useful to have some longer straights and curves included in this pack, since even the much larger box sets seem to contain few or none of these.

This expansion pack is really good. It is perfectly compatible with our tracks from other brands, and connects very well. The wood is a bit less dense than some much more expensive brands, but it is very sturdy, well made and all pieces are completely smooth. These are really good value for money.

My daughter had some wooden train track given to her for Christmas. It is a lovely set however it didn't have any double ended track parts. After looking around I came accross this Track Pack, ordered it and it arrived today. The track pack is excellent value for money. It fits perfectly with the set I already have (from a different company) and there are so many useful bits. Also, the service recieved has been excellent - the item was delivered much sooner than expected. I would definately recommend you getting this to build up your wooden train track set.
