Sound quality is good but can be better. Battery backup connectivity and all are fine.I would have loved to see Type C charging port though.Update after 6 months:It suddenly stopped working after 6 months. Contacted the Customer care through an email to seller.The CC picked it up after few days. The device was dead. it took some time but,The CC sent me a brand new device with brand new box after a month.Kudos and 5 stars to NG Corporation.

I've been using EarSafe Open Ear Bluetooth Wireless Headphones with Mic for the past year. In my view, the product's pricing does not correspond with its quality.1. Mic-----Quality is poor (Noise cancellation is not working) As per my rating, it is -02. Speaker----Quality is low--- I usually travel by bus or train, and if I want to talk to someone, it is very difficult for me to hear. If I go with music, I have to put it at full volume. As per my rating, it is -13. Bluetooth Quality --- Quality is poor --- If my phone is in my pant pocket and I am travelling on a crowded train or bus, the phone and headset get disconnected... As per my rating, it is -14. Battery Life: Quality is God---- The battery is the only item that satisfies the requirements.

This is the next step in listening to music or general sound technology.I will admit, the product is a little pricey, but I decided to buy it anyway.Right off the bat, you aren't listening to music through your ear, it's coming from inside your head. The experience is simply mind boggling. It's definitely in your head.All speech is crystal clear, although people who always complain about there not being enough bass will complain. I don't care about them. If you're listening to a podcast for example, you kind of expect the people to be standing or sitting around you, because the quality is that good, and again it's inside your head.Second, this keeps your ear open. My family has had some history of hearing difficultly with age, which is something I worry about.Also, I often use music to drown out the mundane sounds of life, so i always fear for my safety. This is supposed to not affect my hearing. That review can only happen a few decades from now. As far as safety, if you keep the volume at a reasonable level, you can notice things around you better. However, best check if anyone else is around before you pass gas.The drawbacks are these- sometimes, very rarely there is some leakage and if you have sensitive people around, it's going to affect them.The other issue is that sometimes the headphones bite into the sides of your head, making you feel a level of discomfort. This may be a design flaw, or it might be because I'm biracial and my head is too big, so just like the arms on my sunglasses, they might be getting pushed outward more than they should.Also, yeah, sunglasses + these headphones is a bit difficult to get used to.Battery power is okay, best carry a battery bank around.Lastly, sometimes people stare, wondering why you're wearing something like a choclear implant or a backwards crown. I guess it will reduce with time.The mic could be better. It's passable. But it could be better.I do still have my old headphones, and don't get me wrong, I like them very much. But this is the next step in the evolution of how we listen to music. It's not though the ear canal. It's in your head.

I am not comfortable with earphones or headphones that close your ears, I feel closed with the audio especially when I do calls to be reverberating inside. I prefer over the ear, open air headphones. Unfortunately, when it comes to Bluetooth earphones there are no models that have their backs open to let the outside air and audio to come in, so that your ears are not sealed. Luckily I found this one. The NG EarSafe feels light on the ears, the fit is comfortable. It places two tiny speakers next to your earlobes on the outside, with audio shot at your ear canals from the outside, without covering them. This ergonomics I like a lot. The Bluetooth range is good, works well with iPhone 12 Pro.The audio clarity for listening and voice calls clarity is average. When it comes to music the quality is poor, the speakers' kind of vibrates, bass is poor too. When I do voice calls, the receiver's complain of my voice being low and hollow - usable but not good. The price of nearly Rs 3999 is very high for what it delivers. Having said the above, the NG EarSafe though overpriced works for me as I use it for listening to podcast during my daily walks for which I enjoy listening to the outdoors.
