Proper Sous vide circulator without any gimmicks
I started out with a cheap lidl sous vide to see what all the fuss was about after seeing it done on masterchef A couple of years later and I use sous vide a lot. Yes this circulator may seem a bit pricy compared with some anova knock offs but at the end of the day you get what you pay for. It heats up rapidly, it's very quiet and it keeps the temperature to a precise level set. I wholeheartedly recommend this make and model
