Please don't hesitate to buy this amazing product! So easy to setup and runs flawlessly on my plot of land that has no electricity! The solar panel, the integrated battery and the camera work flawlessly 24hrs a day. It's got microsd card support. Runs on 4glte and I can check my site night and day. The night vision is amazing! The camera moves left and right and up and down and also gives alerts for intrusions. Trueview has truly made an excellent product! Amazing!

This CCTV camera is, without doubt, good. Good battery, good solar panel, better resolution than other important Trueview CCTV cameras, good controls, etc. Just THREE DOWNSIDES... 1. Like with many Trueview CCTV cameras -- the mobile connectivity is not the best. If, in exactly the same environment, other devices have 4-5 bars of mobile signals, this camera (and its software TrueCloud) show only 1-2 bars most of the time. 2. The installed Firmware does not update over the same airwaves, so inherrent flaws cannot be overcome (if any). 3. The poor quality instruction manual looks cheap and has poor English, too. No mention of Firmware updates on that either. Overall good but yes there is ample room for improvement.

Camera quality is ok. Motion detection is worst it wil not detect until the person comes closer front to the camera. And if the app is not running in the background in your mobile then the camera will not trun on and if somebody comes it will not detect. Every time the app should run in background or else the camera will trun off. As we have used for the agricultural farm. It’s totally waste for agricultural farms.

Good quality which The camera is very good, I had done the processing but some technical issues came up, they said that we are giving another one by replacement, so I am happy and I have no problem but the camera is very good, it does all the work well, it clears well, the video quality is good

Nice Product , solar battery, nice picture quality but no cloud storage, technical support is helpless, cloud storage just doesn't work

Bought this product a month ago. And have installed it and used it since a month. Easy to install. Simple and effective. Nothing complicated. Its is not everything what it is supposed to do. I brought the product for remote surveillance at my farm. And I have partly achieved it. Can it be better? Yes the software can definitely fine tuned. Lastly, but more importantly I rate the customer service as Excellent. Initially, had an issue with the recording and the customer service at 8.30 pm were able to work with me to resolve and provide the right advice and solution. They followed up and ensured I had the right solution and the product was working fine. They took control and fixed it. Learning: Before you put the memory card inside the slot, please format it on your laptop. Update: The software is not capturing the video but only the snapshot and it does sporadically. They gave me a 3 month cloud subscription free. Even then the video is not being captured. The motion sensitivity varies. The customer support is now sharing that I need to change the SIM to a different network provider. Will further update as I move forward.
