Looking for an outdoor door mat this came up in the search. It is 100% coir, no rubber back (which is what I was looking for), and so thick it is like wiping your feet on a cloud. Thickness means it will not bend or the edges curl up. It's twice the thickness as any other outdoor mats we've purchased, but came at twice the price! The mat is heavy in weight does not move around when in place or wiping of feet. Being a coir mat it is still "shedding" strands a few weeks down the line. Hopefully this will lessen soon. If this mat lasts twice as long for twice the price it will turn out to be good value for money. The quality is good and am not disappointed in the purchase. There's been no dirty or wet footprints into the house and it is doing a perfect job.
