And the good thing is, when you hold it by the handles you don't even feel that big vibration. I recommend everyone who does sport or has physical job. It release your mussels and even the pain. I have been doing sport since very young age and always had to have some things like massage machines, rollers, creams to recover. This is very good. I don't regret I bought it.

I have seen this product 2 of my osteopaths, so I thought this must be good if they are using it. Yes, it is good and I can even do it myself as it is very heavy.
