Q: Would these do large aquariums mine is just under 7ft

I have one as a supplimentary light on my Trigon 190 reef tank and it covers the whole tank from about 10" above. You would probably need 4 of these for a 7ft marine tank and I wouldn't suggest SPS corals. If its freshwater then possibly 3 would do but dont know if you could grow plants.

Q: I have a 30 litres nano tank 30x30x35 which one should I buy please for coral growth?

I would go for the one up I’ve the small one a 15 litre tank and It’s good buy go for the one up from this

Q: Will be asta 20 enough for 5 gallon pico reef??

Yes, there should be no problem. Make your you use the right lens supplied to 90degree one not the 120 that comes with it.
