I’ve been using this 47” Olympic EZ Curl Bar for a few weeks now, and it’s quickly become one of my favorite additions to my home gym. The build quality is excellent—solid steel construction with a 500-lb weight capacity, which is more than enough for any curls or accessory lifts I do. The angled grip design is perfect for reducing strain on my wrists during bicep curls and tricep extensions. It’s a noticeable upgrade from a straight bar, especially for anyone dealing with joint sensitivity. The knurling provides a good grip without being overly aggressive, and the sleeves spin smoothly for a better lifting experience. It fits all my 2” Olympic plates with no issues, and I’ve also used it for upright rows and skull crushers. It’s compact enough to store easily, but still heavy-duty enough to feel like real gym equipment. So I wanted a bar to help me work around the pain in my wrists, shoulders and elbows and going in I knew that I would need an EZ curl bar. After looking around I discovered that there was such a thing as a Super Bar. Eventually I came across this Super bar. I read the reviews and immediately ordered it. Delivery was super fast and ahead of schedule. When I opened the box I saw that it was wrapped in plastic. After taking off the plastic and holding the bar in my hands I felt the weight and immediately noticed the quality was way above what I even imagined it could be. The knurling was deep and gave a good grip. The thickness of the bar itself made it feel very very good in the hands. It’s was also very comfortable despite how heavy it was. I think it weighs 20lbs The BEST PART is that the sleeves are designed around ball bearings which are inside so that you can spin the sleeves without having to turn the whole bar if you are looking for the opening of the collars that you attach after sliding on the plates. This feature also allows you to lay the bar flat on the ground without the bent parts of the bar sticking up in the air. I did a short workout and immediately found out that there was no pain in my wrists or shoulders compared to the hex dumbbells I was using. The price is VERY VERY reasonable. This is a bar that is so well built that it will last several decades for sure!

High quality EZ curl bar. The product was well packaged in a heavy duty cardboard tube and then overpacked in another box and arrived in new condition. The bearings on the ends are very smooth. The color matches what is shown in the photos. The knurling on the bar is sufficient and no to aggressive. The retainer clips on the end of the bar are heavy duty. This is a great add to my Speedianc Gym Monster 2 for doing curls, squats, upright rows, etc.

Great bar and much more cost effective than similar more popular brands. This one is heavy duty and looks well built. I love the more extreme bends. They make curls feel so much better.

Really nice bar for the price. The knurling pattern is consistent, the spin of the sleeves feels nice and free, the chrome finish didn’t have any flaws, the bar was shipped nicely in a tube that was inside of a box for even more protection, and the angling of the bends felt nice and natural for my wrists. Time will tell how this holds up in a garage gym with no climate control, but I don’t foresee any issues. The only judgement I have is that the knurling isn’t nearly as aggressive as I’d like but 99% of people would appreciate the moderate knurling this comes with (I like especially aggressive knurling). The best value in this price range, in my opinion.

his barbell is exactly what I needed for my home gym. It feels sturdy, well-balanced, and built to last. The grip is comfortable, and it holds plates securely without any wobble. Whether for heavy lifts or everyday workouts, it’s a great addition to my setup. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a reliable barbell at a good price.
