Bought this to help my sons face but it keeps cutting out doesnt work if moved over the face just beeps constantly and does not work

The device starts off good enough and gives some good results, but overtime it will eventually start to be problematic. The suction feature eventually stops working and you have to mess with it to get it to work again. It's not easy to thoroughly clean the device so overtime due to the fact that it pulls skin cells and buildup from your skin it will eventually develop and release an odor when you're using it. Eventually the suction caps that you place on the device that are applied directly to your skin eventually become loose and will not stay on the device while you're using it so you're constantly having to apply them back to the device and even compressed them hard against your skin to keep it in place. The side that holds the waist is way too sensitive, all it takes is a little bit of liquid to get on the end of the that expel the waste and you can't get the device to work until you can dry those off. It's somewhat decent but unfortunately it has a shelflife. After so many uses, the integrity of the device starts to fail. I've been using this device for nearly a year, it's been messing up for at least the last 5 months and I'm not satisfied with it. I'm definitely looking for another alternative and if I have to pay a little bit more money for a better quality so be it I always go for quality.

It is effective in cleaning pores but after few usage it seems to be having battery issues.

This item stopped working , the blue light comes on but not suction function , want a refund, only used 2/3 times since purchase!
