The apps and features are great, but it looks bit too small on my wrist (7.5 inch wrist). I believe that it would work great for people who has 6.5 inch wrist or smaller.

Watch is great. It has a ton of workout options and has an amazing battery life!

WOULD NOT BUY AGAIN The Weather app hasn't updated on the watch since we first connected it to my phone. Disconnecting the watch and reconnecting it hasn't helped. Turning the weather widget off and turning it back on gives the same results. All permissions for the phone are allowed. I have followed the included 'help' documentation in the app that aren't that helpful. Also, I am getting an error stating that Amazon Alexa isn't available in my region. Funny, somehow my phone can use Alexa. Images included. The other functions seem to work (somewhat inaccurately) but I can't use imperial numbers to enter my height and weight despite the app sensing that I am in the US. To top this off, I have turned in multiple complaints through their crappy Mi Fitness app with no response. I guess you get what you pay for. Next time I will buy an American brand that will at least be upfront about screwing me.

OK i got a global device and am in the us, but I found Weather app doesn't work, Alexa not supported as advertised. Heart rate monitor is spotty and inaccurate. While it is still useful, you can't really trust the data for accuracy. I say this because I have a nice pulsometer, which gives me very fast accurate and continuous readings and compared during my weight workouts. The watch invariably measures low and while usually it will eventually get to the right reading, often it completely misses heart rate spikes because it is too slow to measure. Sleep monitored has flaws as well, but I am finding it useful and in general, I'm finding the watch reasonably useful for my purposes. This is my first fitness watch/smart watch and to me it is a good introductory product for the price, but the mi fitness app leaves quite a bit to be desired and they should finish supporting the product and fix bugs and accuracy. Oh also, i'm a senior and my eye sight has deteriorated and it was difficult for me to set up because the display started out dim and blinked off extremely fast. I had to use a magnifying device to set it for maximum brightness and to leaved the display on, before I could really adapt it for my purposes and modify the band settings and in general understand the device.

This sports band is wonderful, I've been using the "Mi" family of trackers for years! I still use a Mi Band6 and decided to try the Band7, but there aren't any real upgrades so I went for the Band7 Pro. You can ONLY use the Mi Fitness app with this band as no other app supports it! I use the Zepp life app for my other band, and I can even use the ZEPP app.. but it won't show the Band7 Pro.. Now both the Zepp life and Zepp app allow you to go into setting and change the Units from Metric (m,km,kg) to Imperial (Feet,miles,lbs) When you look in the Mi Fitness app, in the same location, the Units category is missing. It's rather annoying because the Band7 Pro is an AMAZING tracker, the screen is wonderful, the interface is just as you'd expect if you currently use any other Xiaomi family of products. I've been trying to get used to the goals but it throws me off personally trying to calculate my goals in Kilometers and such. For this reason I'm returning it and will probably go with an Amazfit band since It will work with the Zepp apps.

This smart band is pretty awesome for the price. The battery life lasts a couple of days, which is great. I love how I can see my notifications without pulling out my phone. Setting it up was super easy, too. Definitely recommend it if you're looking for a budget-friendly option.

Ljuset är väldigt starkt även på nivå 1 Stegräknaren mäter fel jämfört med mitt mi band 5 Armbandet som följer med är på gränsen till för kort Finns bara en analog klocka att välja i "alltid på" läget Det tar en bra stund innan den har triangulerat var man är när man kör träning med GPS Får jobbigt statistik meddelande varje dag om att jag nådde eller inte nådde mina mål. Zepp life är bra mycket bättre en Mi Fitness och där går inte lägga in våg etc. annars gillar jag det mesta med den Den får hänga med något år sedan byter jag, är främst stegräknaren jag inte är nöjd med. *ändring några månader senare: Den loggar inte det man gör tex steg om man inte har bluetoothen på, så är den inte på när kl slår 00 så försvinner dagens steg data etc.

Funktionen genau wie beschrieben. Angenehm zu tragen, einfach zu bedienen. Leider kam das Gerät bei mir gebraucht an, Verpackung war beschädigt und notdürftig geflickt. Nun ja, der Inhalt war in Ordnung und funktionsfähig. Bedauerlicherweise kann man nicht benötigte Funktionen (z. B. weiblichen Zyklus) nicht wegschalten. So muß man immer durch das gesamte Menue scrollen. Aber ansonsten top Gerät.
