Really good back support. Occasionally my back goes out at work and I put this on for a few days and it really helps with recovery. Would recommend 👍

I would like to give it five stars, however the belt is so wide I'm having trouble doing my jeans up, because it sits so low. It also digs into my ribs when I sit down (driving for instance.)I returned it and purchased one 2 inches narrower in width.

Surpassed my expectation, I have bought so many of these back pain support even the ones prescribed by my osteopath and physio therapist and none of them helped but the minute I stranpped the BraceUP round my back it felt good and I felt this is the one and have been wearing it ever since. Wear it to work and at home and believe me my back feels great. Now I can comfortably stand up from a sitting position without struggle, walk some distance hardly with any pain and I have only had it for less than three weeks.I like it so much that I got a second one immediately. Fine over clothes but slips a little. Not comfortable to be worn straight on skin as itches and there are sharp bits.

The small to medium size is small so order the large to be on the safe side.

Its a good support for the back and pain easies when i wear it.
