At 77m started having minor enlarged prostate issues. Read about pygeum and thought I'd try and see if it helps. My condition started to improve within a week and there seems to be steady improvement.

Not as good as the Carlyle brand I ordered a few years ago. I've used it for months and the only positive affect it's had is I get up less at night when going to the bathroom. There are more positive(male specific) effects with the Carlyle brand which is why I've just ordered that even though I have some of this brand left over. Based on my experience, there are more effective brands out there for much the same or similar cost which is why I am not recommending this brand.
