How was the effectiveness? Well.....effective!

1 Capsule is 4,500mg at 10:1 extraction. You get 240 capsules. It is also faster acting that any other Pygeum supplement I've ran across. Took about 2 days to kick in. As long as you stay hydrated your results will be fantastic.

Read some articles about this supplement and decided to try it out. Excited to see the results.

At 77m started having minor enlarged prostate issues. Read about pygeum and thought I'd try and see if it helps. My condition started to improve within a week and there seems to be steady improvement.

Will order again. This stuff in combination with a couple other products does wonders for my Prostate.

Not as good as the Carlyle brand I ordered a few years ago. I've used it for months and the only positive affect it's had is I get up less at night when going to the bathroom. There are more positive(male specific) effects with the Carlyle brand which is why I've just ordered that even though I have some of this brand left over. Based on my experience, there are more effective brands out there for much the same or similar cost which is why I am not recommending this brand.

I take Pygeum since 2010 and I can say that this DO NOT taste nor look like Pygeum... I sent it back to Amazon for refund
