I THINK this works. Clinical studies have shown myo-inositol to have a positive impact on PCOS and menopausal symptoms, however these studies used 3-4g daily. The packaging of this recommends 1-3 scoops a day, which would be 0.5g-1.5g. I started by having 3 scoops in a morning in some diluted squash/cordial. Once I felt I was used to it, I upped it to 3 scoops in the morning and 3 at night to align with clinical studies. I've felt my mood improved and my periods seem a bit more normal now, but it's early days I guess. And I also started magnesium, B6 and omega 3 at same time, so difficult to tease apart. Main thing is the product seems high quality, definitely good value for money, and hasn't made me any worse or feel nauseous or upset tummy etc.

So after falling down the rabbit hole regarding the benefits of inositol for weight loss and lowering insulin etc I have been using this for 6 months and I have officially lost 45lbs. Now, please do not think this is purely down to the inositol (jeez it would be so easy if it was) it was down to a keto diet and intermittent fasting. However this inositol has supported my low carb lifestyle with additional help from berberine. Plus my pcos symptoms have reduced massively and being able to lower my insulin with the help of this has been a game changer!

I like that it’s powder form which makes it easier to take and adjust the dosage. I find the bag a little fiddly but overall would rate this as it’s far cheaper than the tablets that are available

Not been taking for long enough to see results yet, but such a great option for people who struggle taking large tablets. No taste whatsoever and comes with a handy mini scoop! Love 😊😊

I started using Inositol for untreated ADHD related anxiety after being diagnosed a few months ago. I'm waiting on medication but needed something immediately to take the edge off. I started with 1 scoop 3 times per day and noticed a difference straight away. I upped it to 2 scoops 3 times per day and then 3...I tried 4 scoops one morning but stomach got in touch and said no!!! Back to 2 scoops 3 times per day. I put mine in a little juice with water. It's sweet and tastes like icing sugar. My anxiety grips my stomach and I just cannot let it go. This powder helps to loosen that grip.

I’ll begin by saying everything I do in my life is on point. I train 5 days a week, I hardly touch alcohol ever, I do not smoke, I take other supplements to aid health, I hydrate correctly and my nutrition is regimented. I am peri menopausal so I’m trying to stop the symptoms by supplementing. I took this for 2 months and then stopped for a month to see if there was any change. There was. Once a month I get a bout of anxiety which can be crippling. It subsided to more of a frustrated feeling than anxiety which was better to manage. When I stopped taking it the anxiety was back. I’ve started taking it again and the anxiety has subsided again. I’ve decided to continue to take it and not stop until I’m over the menopause. It’s flavourless but very sweet. It’s like eating icing sugar so it’s very easy to consume. I’m 57kg and 5ft 5 inches and I’m taking 1 heaped scoop per day. I have a severely autistic son who has terrible anxiety and anger issues. I’m going to try him on this as well. I’m impressed.

My cycle has been all over the shop- I can go months without a period. I have only just started taking this product and my period came within 3 days of starting. As like any other woman would say, I don't love getting my period haha however I do like my cycle being regular and feeling like my body is doing what it is supposed to do and so I'm super grateful that I can start hopefully returning to normal (although I know it's early days as yet). It's tasteless so it's easy to drink in a glass of water, I take it with breakfast and dinner :)!
