Great replacement to get my Christmas tree going again. The time function is really useful

One of my Christmas deers stopped working, I was about to spend over a hundred pounds replacing it , bought this plug instead Really happy with the product it works perfectly

I bought this as a replacement for one that came supplied with our newly bought pre-lighted Christmas tree - the tree was not bought from Amazon..! The tree is great and so are the lights. But after a short while there was a noticeable (and annoying) flicker on the lights. A quick google search suggested the transformer was cheap without voltage modulators included. I found this transformer on Amazon and thought it worth trying as it was relatively cheap. It looks identical to the transformer plug supplied with the tree (I checked the connections size and shape before ordering). Great news - plugged the tree lights cable into it, switched on, and no flicker..! The other thing I noticed is this plug does not get anywhere near as hot as the plug that came with the tree. An added safety bonus. Worked perfectly all over Christmas holiday. Very happy.

After our Christmas tree lights stopped working I suspected a broken bulb at first. Then I remembered that they were LED lights wired in parallel, so that couldn't be it. A quick check with the trusty multimeter showed no voltage coming out of the transformer. Another quick check on amazon for a replacement with the same voltage and power output, and this transformer was with me two days later. Works perfectly and Christmas has been saved. Cheers!

Very handy item to have it works well

Bought this transformer as a replacement for a set of Xmas lights bought from Iceland, after a few days the lights stopped working, after trying another transformer for lights also bought from Iceland to confirm it was a transformer issue and not the lights, I found this transformer with the same power ratings as the original and once delivered it worked perfectly through Xmas until we took our tree down, I exchanged the original transformer at Iceland for another one but after 1 day it also failed. this transformer was the same price as buying the light set but it worked well with no problems.

My Christmas lights were still good but the transformer had broken. Looked up the voltage and wattage on the old one and put it into Amazon search and it came up with this one. Very quick delivery and the lights are now working again for Christmas. It is important if you are going to get a replacement transformer that the voltage, wattage and connection match up as there are loads of different ones.

The product was as described and not only replaced the faulty plug on the Christmas tree but added a variety of light settings, Brilliant.
