Added support to summer shoes. Did not need glue - stay put with just weight of wearer/me to stay put. And therefore available to transfer to other footwear including trainers or boots. Easy clean as desired. Excellent product and economic. Saves throwing out shoes that may now be worn, as comfort is restored, by use of these most effective simple foot restorers. Thank you.

Took 2 days of short term wearing to get used to them. Just the right length, many other 3/4 orthotic insoles I've tried have just been too long ( and I've tried five other types of 3/4 insoles!). Have had them about 2 weeks now but don't think they will last much beyond 1 to 2 months. They are worn everyday so the insoles are beginning to compress and due to the fabric covering they are starting to be a bit on the wiffy side. Having said that I intend to get some more pairs as I think they are good for the price, and hoping that spreading the load of more pairs of insoles in my work / running shoes will allow them to last longer. I would say they provide medium arch support and fit in most of my shoes.

Has solved the pain I was having in my back. Good quality and does the job very well. Comfortable.easy to put in your shoes and don't move .

I was so impressed with these insoles that I've just ordered some more so I don't have to keep swapping them between shoes. I have plantar fasciitis, which causes heel pain and can make walking difficult. The insoles give support and cushion my heels. They fit all types of shoe (court shoes through to walking boots). I've previously bought much more expensive insoles but have so far found these to be more comfortable. Very pleased.

I suffer from Accessory Navicular, so thought these would help. After wearing a couple of days, they became squashed and thin. Not a very good design with the bottom material that has been used.

I had hip pain so I thought I'd try these. They arrived a couple of hours ago, slipped them into my shoes and took the dog out for a walk. They are awesome! They are comfortable, they've altered my posture for the better, I can't praise them enough. If you think they might give you some relief I urge you to give them a go. They aren't expensive and ours arrived 2 days after ordering.

Fits well although the arch isn't as high as expected. Very comfortable around the heel area and when walking. Would have given 5 stars but the only issue I have is that I can't wear them with plimsoll shoes as they make the shoes slip off at the back! Great for trainers and boots but no good for slip on shoes unfortunately.

Diese Einlagen sind wirklich super, der Fersenschmerz verschwindet innerhalb von wenigen Minuten und man kann lange und entspannt laufen! Ich habe mir direkt ein zweites Paar für die Arbeit gekauft. Super! Definitive Kaufempfehlung!

si adattano perfettamente all'interno di una francesina dr.Marten's n.38. consiglio non solo per la comodità, ma anche per chi ha preso scarpe un pochino troppo grandi.
