I haven't been sick the past 3 years, since I started using this. 3 drops under the tongue before I go out. Woke up with a scratchy throat this morning. I took 3 drops under the tongue, and 2 hours later the sore throat is gone. I used to get sick once or twice every winter, so I love this product.

This is the strongest oregano oil I have ever used. It is healing up some gum infection I have had for a few years. I put 2 drops in a very small amount of water after brushing and swish it around then hold in my mouth for a couple of minutes and swallow.

This is the same oregano oil that can be found in many health food stores for much cheaper in price.
