Butcher twine, worked well for a rotisserie chicken
As title says, i bought this as we just got one of those air fryer ovens with rotisserie functions, and this worked perfectly for trussing up a chicken, easy to tie, no slippage while cooking, and came off cleanly with no residue and took the heat and oil really well
