Serrano Gran Reserva (12 months cured) Paleta Ham on the Bone 4.5kg

Very well presented. The meat and fat is delicious once you get past the skin. The skin is inedible but excellent for adding to stocks and sauces to add flavour. The meat has an rich salty/sweet flavour and if you only have a fee slices here and there it wil last a long time. Although I am not sure how long the meat will keep for unless it is hung accordingly. I will purchase a cheaper one next time to compare the taste, but am very happy with product, would give it 5 stars, but havent tasted a cheaper one, so will adjust my score after that.
