I love the size of the compartments for holding the eggs. I love the versatility of this pan. You can use this pan to make soft eggs (like over easy without flipping them) or hard fried eggs (flip them) or even individual omelettes (flip them). it comes with a handy small spatula that works great with the pan. Be sure to put a little oil in the compartments before you drop in your eggs so they don't stick. I just but a dot of oil in each compartment and use a paper towel to grease the whole bottom and sides. It heats up quick and if you like your eggs well done with a bit of brown to the whites - this pan will do that perfectly!! It works great on electric and gas but can not be used with induction and you can't put it in the oven but that is not what it's made for anyway. It makes great eggs quickly and is very easy to clean up (but the oil in the compartments).

Love this pan. Able to cook the eggs exactly as I like them, a firm yoke and while done completely. Put water in one spot and it steams the eggs to cook thoroughly.

I love this little egg pan! I make scrambled egg patties for breakfast bagels at least a couple times a week for myself and my family. This has been. SUCH a huge time saver!!! I'm in love with a pan, lol. It assembles in all of two minutes easily and cleans easily as well. The cups are a little small and it does come work one tiny spatula. I would recommend grabbing at least one more as a spare to use with this pan. Eggs seem to slide off pretty easily as long as you don't leave them to burn.

While the pan works well enough to fry an egg, I decided not to keep it. I was hoping to replace my egg poacher but this is definitely a more fried taste. Which would be perfect if that’s what you’re looking for! It’s a great size and cleans easily.

Great pan . My burners are not level , so I could never make over easy eggs . This pan does the trick and easy to clean . NO DISH WASHER , hand wash like any good non stick pan , I love mine .

I was shopping for a lighter pan to fry eggs in than my huge Lodge cast iron pan. Then discovered this pan. I didn’t know they even made these ! I chose what I thought was the best one. Just use a lower heat setting while cooking, it’s not an iron skillet. It’s the best thing I’ve bought from Amazon in a while ! Love it ! Would buy it again.

I am amazed on this pan easy to used. Eggs cooked good and not stick to the pan. Cooked eggs in medium heat. I has also a lid and a spatula. Very nice.

It works well on low to medium heat. Eggs cooks perfectly and size fit exactly on English muffin. It can be also used to make thick pancakes.

Tried it for the first time today, for pancakes. A little dab of oil, a lowish heat, and voila, four perfect pancakes. Will try it with eggs tomorrow, but expect the same results. We opted for the unit with the glass cover, as we plan to use it for hamburgers as well. It would be nice if it was dishwasher safe, but with that said, it only takes a few minutes to wash by hand, so we can live with that. Not sure how long it will last, but the non-stick coating on electric frying pans seldom lasts more than a year or two, so maybe this will help extend their useful life.

I use it for eggs and for dollar pancakes. Works well for both. Flipping food can be a bit tricky, as the pan is slippery, the spatula is not necessarily wide enough to properly lift the food out and then you have to put the food right back into the indent and it doesn't always land directly in the center. Gets better with practice.
