Very good. Pity I bought vol.4 first as all the bread recipes are in 1 to 3! So deducted a star!!

These books contain a good variety of recipes that are, most importantly, tasty. But they are also simple to follow, well presented, and as close to fool proof as it is reasonably possible to be. Recommended.
