Excellent.

Great for 12” pizzas. Easy to clean and no soggy bottom. Worth the money. Is dishwasher proof also. Good quality and with the perforations the heat distributes well.

I used this pizza pan for the first time last night. My homemade dough recipe instructed parchment paper be used, which I did, so it might not be a fair test of the pan. The pizza pan retained heat well, cooked evenly, did not stick, with minimal cleaning required. The pan size was perfect for a dough recipe using 250-290 grams of flour, regular crust, not thin crust. I wanted a heavier pan than this, but it still turned out a great pizza on the first go. My hard to please spouse was actually impressed with the results.

Well made, makes pizzas nice and crispy plus they don’t stick. Looks like they’ll last well.

I bought a similar item quite a few years ago and it needed to be replaced now so have paid a little extra this time to have a quality brand - in fact, I bought two. I don't need a large baking tray, only ever cooking for one, and before trying this model I had used the standard, quite thin baking trays. They did the job but nowhere near as good as this perforated style. The sides are shallow but very sturdy and they prevent the tray from overheating and bending in the oven. It is plenty big enough for holding items such as loose pies, pasties, veg burgers and so on. And why the perforations? They allow a much more even distribution of heat, preventing the bottom over-cooking what is on the tray is one example. Perforated oven accessories are definitely the way to go and I firmly recommend this model.

Best non stick pizza pan I've ever used. Now own four of these and have replaced all previously owned pizza pans with no regrets. As well as consistently good non stick performance, they have a reassuring weight and stiffness, and wash up easily to looking new again.

yes i know the measurements is there in the description but it would've been much more helpful it they compared the tray to an item and showed the item from different angles. And why can I not upload my pictures comparing the size of the tray to other items. This is important for future customers to see. Much more helpful for future customers to see. Looks like a great product but I needed a bigger size. This one was just way too small for me. I wanted a large one suitable for family use. Not for just a single bake.

PRO: Hervorragende Antihaftbeschichtung: Die Pizzen rutschen mühelos vom Blech ab, ohne dass extra Öl oder Mehl nötig ist. Selbst bei hoher Hitze (über 230°C) klebt nichts an Robust und langlebig: Das Material ist sehr stabil und wertig verarbeitet. Die Beschichtung kratzt nicht ab und hält auch nach häufiger Nutzung Großer Durchmesser: Mit 32cm kann man ordentlich große Pizzen backen - perfekt für selbstgemachte Pizzen Einfache Reinigung: Das Blech lässt sich kinderleicht mit Spülmittel und Schwamm reinigen, auch nach mehrmaligem Gebrauch Vielseitig einsetzbar: Eignet sich nicht nur für Pizza, sondern auch für Pommes, Flammkuchen und andere Backwaren CONTRA: Nicht spülmaschinengeeignet: Die Löcher sind durch Stanzen entstatt und deshalb beschichtet statt entgratet. Das bedeutet, das Blech sollte per Hand gewaschen werden, da es sonst zu Kratzern kommen kann Liegt nicht überall flach auf: Durch die kleine Löcher-Struktur liegt das Blech nicht ganz plan auf dem Pizzastein oder Rost auf. Der Teig kann durch die Löcher durchdrücken, was auf empfindlichen Oberflächen problematisch sein kann FAZIT: Trotz der kleinen Nachteile bin ich sehr zufrieden. Die Handhabung beim Pizzabacken ist deutlich einfacher geworden und das Ergebnis stimmt. Absolute Kaufempfehlung für alle, die regelmäßig Pizza im Ofen backen!
